A lot of solid swim performances this past weekend for many Ontarian triathletes. Many have been relentless, always giving that extra degree of passion and effort, and are beginning to see glimpses of dividends, that will flourish come summer racing.

I'll tell ya the tyres on my new to me P2K were 212 degrees when I got it back from my short ride this afternoon!
