A few LPC athletes will participate in the upcoming Windsor Spinergize Spinathon on March 7th from 9am until 3pm. Windsor Spinergize is a a fund-raiser for Fitness for Hospice. More details about this fantastic event here. For many, it will make for a big triathlon weekend as the next day (Sunday March 8th) will feature the Running Factory Spring Thaw 5k.
